Cancellation and Refund Policy for Frensa

1. Cancellation Prior to Shipment:
- Orders may be cancelled anytime before they are shipped. To cancel, customers should immediately contact our customer service department.

2. Cancellations After Shipment & Returns:
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you wish to return the product after receiving it, you can follow our return policy as stated below.

3. Return Policy:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged will not be accepted for returns.
- Some items, due to health and sanitation reasons, may be deemed as non-returnable. This includes products where the seal has been broken.

4. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our customer service department.

6. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. If you've done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact our customer service department.

7. Final Sale Items:
- Any items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of transaction will not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
